- Cut down on high fat snack foods
- Watch the amount of butter/marg on bread – follow the plan for portions
- Support from other people
- Take lunch and snacks to work
- Not taking money to work
- Husband to stop feeding – avoid bring snacks
- Avoid having high fat/sugary foods in the house
