- Aim to have breakfast before work
- Avoid drinking milk with the evening meal, have milk with snack or after
- Eat 3 small meals and 3 nutrious snacks a day
How to make it happen
To have breakfast at 7ish, Mid Morning snack at 10am, Lunch at 1pm, Mid Afternoon at 4pm, Dinner at 7ish, snack in the evening about 10ish.
