  2. Shop regularly
  3. Make sure the right foods are in the house and take to work if necessary
  4. Eat more fruit and vegetables
  5. To not use smoking as a suppressant

  1. Make sure breakfast is prepared the night before
  2. Support from friends
  3. Shop at least once a week
  4. Start off eating more fruit every other day
  5. STOP SMOKING!

4 Milk and dairy foods
4 (ideally 6) Vegetables
4 (ideally 5) Fruit

3 Extras for drinks and snacks
