Kevin's personal action plan

- Have breakfast according to the plan
- Shop regularly
- Make sure the right foods are in the house and take to work if necessary
- Eat more fruit and vegetables
- To not use smoking as a suppressant

- Make sure breakfast is prepared the night before
- Support from friends
- Shop at least once a week
- Start off eating more fruit every other day
- STOP SMOKING!

4 Meat,fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, protein
4 Milk and dairy foods
4 (ideally 6) Vegetables
4 (ideally 5) Fruit
2 Oil,dressings, spread
3 Extras for drinks and snacks
