Anna Richardson journeys to France to meet actress Isabel Caro whose naked image has been used in a campaign about the effects of Anorexia. Taken by Toscani, well known for some of his photos of people with AIDS, Isabel wanted to show the effects of Anorexia on her in order to warn others.
Isabel Caro talked to Anna about the impact on her body with irregular periods, lost teeth, poor skin, dry hair, lesions on her legs. She even finds it hard to sit down. She warns dieters to be very careful and not to take it too far.
