Anna Richardson decides to find out and faces seven days of tiny portions and pureed food. It's not all bad news though as Anna only has to replace two of her three meals a day with baby food.
Each portion of beige coloured mush has about 50 calories which means a greatly reduced daily calorie intake. But the diet takes its toll on Anna as she gets tetchy and constipated. Was it all worth it?
After 7 days of mini-portions Anna loses a modest 2lbs.
