Gillian McKeith is in Coventry and delights her large-reared ladies when personal fitness trainer Wesley explodes out of the mystery box as this week's bum-reducing method for testing. Can Wesley's personal attention get these ladies' rears down an inch or two?
Wesley is a personal trainer with 6 years of experience and he aims to put our ladies through the hardest bum firming session of their lives. To bring a touch of humour Wesley has the ladies battling around on the gym ball practising buttock-clenching exercises and then it's backs to the wall trying out thigh-straining squats.
They are then given four personal sessions along with a routine to do at home with squat thrusts and a gym ball.
Will Wesley's personal plan work the trick on the Coventry ladies?
Result
Gillian's tape measure showed the group lost a total of 14 inches giving an average loss of 1.4 inches.
