Episode 9

Supernanny is called in to help the Cantoni family restore order.

Mum and Dad are poles apart when it comes to parenting.

Emotions run high as the kids battle for attention.

Will these parents compromise or will life continue to be a battlefield?

Episode 10

The Schwartz Family
Cathy and Steve Schwartz both work full-time and Catherine's sister, Donna, who lives just a block away and raised Cathy after their mom's death, is the main caregiver for their four rambunctious Schwartz children.

There's baby Emily, one, Katelyn, three, Amanda, four, and Samantha, six.

From morning to night, no one wants to discipline the children, and any attempts made by the parents are thwarted by Donna, whose refrain is "they're just kids."

Mornings are a study in chaos, as Mom plays short-order cook to the girls, racing to get the older ones on the school bus and herself to work on time.

Plus, though she's 3 ½, Katelyn still isn't potty-trained. Dad says that keeping the girls in line is harder than his job as a city cop, and Cathy despairs that the girls consider Donna more their mom than herself.

Donna sees no reason to change and makes no bones about it - she doesn't want Jo there. Can Supernanny make Donna a believer and help tame Steve and Cathy's wild bunch?

Episode 11

The Wujick Family
Tim Wujcik and his wife, Toni, seem to have it all - he's a great provider, Toni's the hard-working stay-at-home mom, and they have three beautiful children.

But they need what money can't buy - mutual respect among all family members and a tranquil home life. Instead, the older boys - Alec, six, and Bryce, four, - are wantonly destructive with their many toys, and aggressively defy Mom's efforts at discipline.

Baby Carly, one, is learning all the wrong lessons from her older siblings, and Toni swings between being too timid with her kids and too harsh when she's had enough.

Tim admits that he's the fourth child in the family - undercutting Toni's efforts at discipline and instigating trouble with the kids.

His preferred method of discipline is to "reason" with the children with lots of talking, but it isn't working. Dad needs to grow up fast and Jo Frost is on the scene to help.

Episode 12

The Carsely Family
Jo Frost comes to the rescue of a single mother of five who is trying to get a college degree.

Cheryl Carsley is a divorced mother of five. The children fight with each other almost constantly, and are abusive and disrespectful to their mother.

They also trash their home on a regular basis, including routinely writing on the walls.

Cheryl realises that the kids need personal attention from her, but she is so busy stopping them from destroying the house and each other that she doesn't have quality time with any of them.

Jo forms family teams pairing an older twin with a younger one and the girl with the mom. They work together doing chores to gain points for prizes.
