But exactly HOW FAR would you go?

If money wasn't an issue, how far would you go to change your body shape?
All the way - bring on the plastic surgery, I'd change EVERYTHING
A little way - I'd have a few minor nips and tucks but nothing drastic
No surgery - I'd have a complete head-to-toe makeover but definitely no surgery
Life change - I'd hire the best personal trainer, nutritionist etc to knock me into shape
Pamper - I'd book a long weekend for some top notch pampering and styling
Nothing - I don't like the way I look but would rather grow old gracefully as nature intended
