46 year old naturist with Parkinson's Disease

I encountered my first nudist beach aged 20 on a holiday in the South of France and have been a fan ever since. Diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease two and a half years ago, I am keen to take every opportunity to get naked socially. My wife is tolerant and joins in when she feels comfortable but still has reservations. That said, I'm not that impressed with my body, particularly my sagging tummy. I actually feel more uncomfortable in company with my shirt off than I do in a naturist environment. So last night I joined our local gym, which is a bit of a cliché at this time of year but I've got to do something. I should probably pin these somewhere prominent to inspire me!
