I used to be a size 16-18, I am now an 8-10. I lost this safely over a period of 3-4 years. If you want to lose a bit of weight, the method is simple: Love your body, whatever size you may be. Develop a good understanding of food, progress to a consistently healthy diet and lifestyle, find an exercise you enjoy, do this regularly, in moderation. Be proud of yourself and the will power will come naturally – NEVER give up. Be healthy, be happy! |
