48 years old man in garden

I am 48 years old and am very happy and confident about my body. Put me in front of a room full of people and ask me to give a speech and I would be a nervous wreck, ask me to model nude for that same group and I would be there like a shot. I don't do any exercise for the fun of it, but am quite lucky in that my job is fairly physical and tends to keep me fit. I always put weight on in the winter months and loose it again in the summer. Probably because when its hot I tend to eat very little, but am still active at work. |
