A 'what you see is what you get' kind of guy

I am in my mid-thirties, and even though I'm a 'what you see is what you get' type of fella, I've always been quite shy with nudity. My message to the world is to accept what you've got, reject cosmetic surgery and try to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Men also face constant images in the media of what 'real men' should look like, but we seem more able to accept the reality that few of us will ever have a six-pack. |
