23 year old woman and a total pear shape

This is my body. I am 23 years old and a total pear shape, with a bum that is far too big (not featured in picture). I'm a size 18, I have changed clothes sizes all my life though. I love my boobs, but unhappy with my bumps below as well as my bum. I wish I could afford surgery. |
