46 year old man trying to lose weight

I'm over-weight and flabby and need to lose weight for various health reasons. I've joined a gym to help me lose the flab and I'm keeping a photo journal of how my body changes over the next (however many) months.

This might help to keep me focused on going to the gym and eating healthily during the cold, wet winter nights to come.
