28 year old who prefers his body with his muscled tensed

I'm 28 and quite happy with my body but prefer the look when I tense my muscles!! I used to think that bits of me were on the small side (muscles and other things!) until I met my current girlfriend and with her compliments and support, I have become very comfortable with it.
