In an average year, Debbie smokes 8,000 cigarettes, spends a sizzling 80 hours on the sunbed, and dyes her hair to a brittle mass no fewer than 24 times. No wonder her saggy skin, tired eyes and chins plural are in need of a radical overhaul.
