Food and Drink Diary

In the programmes Ian asked the eight kids to keep a daily diary of everything (and he meant everything!) that they ate and drank. We'd like you to do the same and keep your diary for at least a week and for longer if you can.

You've probably never thought much about how much food you eat in a week, or how much you drink in a week. Eating and drinking is just part of life and we don't always think much about it. The idea of keeping this diary is to give you the chance to see just what you do eat and drink in a week.
