The only national children's charity which focuses upon preventative policies – tactics to use before any abuse takes place. The site contains suggestions to help you deal with bullying and you can read the 'Kidscape Keepsafe Code' with good advice on child safety.

A free 24-hour service that provides counselling, information and advice to anyone concerned about a child at risk of abuse. The NSPCC warns that lines can be busy and asks callers to be persistent. Enquiries can also be taken be post or e-mail. The Schools Full Stop part of the website has useful information for dealing with bullying for parents and teacher. The Kids Zone area of the website is designed to be a reassuring space to encourage children and young people to talk about any concerns.

Run by the NSPCC, this is the online portal for the charity's Child Protection Helpline (0808 800 5000) and describes how their counselors can help children and young people talk about any problem in complete confidence.
