Cannabis is a sun-loving plant can be grown wherever there is sufficient light – artificial or natural – and sufficient warmth and the correct humidity. Crops can be cultivated in attics or on window sills but the plant is native to Central Asia. Its natural homeland is most likely in the regions north of Afghanistan and the Altai mountains of southern Siberia.
