
Use this easy dressing recipe to liven up a dull bowl of leaves - it's great on all leafy salads to add crunch.
Serves 4
Ready in 10 minutes
1. Dry-fry the poppy seeds in a non-stick pan over a high heat for 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the mustard and balsamic vinegar. Gradually whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the seeds and shallot.
