Try this easy-make taste of the exotic - it goes perfectly with any curry.

Ready in 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 125g desiccated coconut
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt

Method: How to make easy coconut and tamarind chutne

1. Mix everything in a bowl. Season to taste, cover and chill until needed. Serve with the Chicken curry.
