
Cabbage is boring? try this buttered garlic cabbage recipe to put some gusto into your greens. Suitable for vegetarians too.
Serves 6

1. Heat the oil and butter in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and heat for 20 seconds. Stir in the cabbage and 2 tablespoons water. Season, cover and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring now and then, until wilted and very tender.
