
Try this chicken recipe with tarragon and creme fraiche - it goes really well with pasta.
Serves one
Ready in less than 30 minutes
Pan-fry 1 chicken breast in a splash of oil and a knob of butter until golden all over. Cover and cook gently until tender. Push the chicken aside and add a little chopped shallot and garlic and cook until soft. Add a handful of chopped tarragon and 2 tablespoons of creme fraicche and bubble for 1 minute. Serve with cooked pasta.
