
This recipe for cherry tomato and pepperoni pizza is as easy as it gets - truly. Throw a few Italian style ingredients on top of (admittedly not Italian) naan bread and bake it. Simple as. To ring the changes you could use either French bread or any other that takes your fancy.
Serves 2
Ready in under 20 minutes
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan180°C/gas 6. Put naan breads on a large baking tray. Divide jar of sauce between them, spreading evenly over each. Top with sliced mozzarella and sliced pepperoni. Season and pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes until piping hot and the cheese is turning golden. Scatter with fresh basil leaves to serve.
