
This sexy nibble is the ideal partner for our exciting sparkling sorbet float.
Serves 8
Takes 25 minutes to make, plus setting
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Break up the chocolate and put into a small, heatproof bowl. Place over a pan of just-simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water, until melted. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth.
2. Take a punnet of strawberries and dip them in the chocolate, 1 at a time, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl. Transfer to the lined baking tray and set aside to set the chocolate.
