
Get your meat on with a recipe from the men who know how to load a stick
1. Tenderise the beef chunks with a meat hammer. Then add vegetable oil, lemon juice, mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano), crushed garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Leave in the marinade for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
3. Then arrange beef chunks on the skewers with roughly chopped peppers and onion.
4. Cook on a clean, hot BBQ or griddle according to the temperature required. Brush with melted butter and finish.
