
This easy-make pea shoot and sprout salad dish is perfect as part of a buffet. It's also perfect for vegetarians.
Serves 10 as part of a buffet
Ready in 20 minutes
Per serving:

7g fat (1g saturated)
2.9g protein
4g carbs
3.3g sugar
0.1g salt
1. Toss the pea shoots and sprouts together in a large bowl.
2. Remove the cucumber seeds with a spoon, then slice. Add to the bowl, along with the sugar snaps and lettuce.
3. Mix the dressing ingredients and season. To serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
