
This is the classic vinaigrette recipe for all salad occasions - the one everyone knows and loves.
Serves 4 – enough to dress a large bag of salad
Ready in 5 minutes
1. Put the vinegar, mustard, sugar and some seasoning into a large bowl. Whisk until well emulsified.
2. Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking all the time, until cloudy and slightly thickened.
