
Add some much-needed zing to a simple pasta dish by adding wild rocket and lemon.

1. Mix together the zest, juice and oil in a large pasta serving bowl.
2. Cook the tagliatelle according to packet instructions, drain, and add to the serving bowl.
3. Season, add the cheese and toss together to coat in the dressing. Top with rocket and serve with the Chicken with fennel and thyme.
