
A rich, luxurious salad dressing recipe drawing on the unique flavour of blue cheese. Serve over a watercress, avocado and radish salad.
Serves 4
Ready in 10 minutes
1. Put the cheese in a food processor with the milk, vinegar, oil and some seasoning, and blend until smooth. Add a few drops of warm water if it's a little thick.
