
A British retro classic from chef Vito's restaurant Passion, as featured in the Channel 4 show Dolce Vito
1. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
2. Place the mixed lettuce leaves in the centre of a plate, top with the prawns and Marie Rose sauce.
3. Place slices of tomato on the side of the plate with the slices of the cucumber on the opposite side. Garnish with the wedge of lemon and serve.
