Richard Corrigan of Lindsay House and Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill steers us through this fresh summer pasta dish

Ingredients

  • 70-80g of linguine pasta per person
  • 1tbsp crème fraiche
  • 20g fresh peas (blanched)
  • 20g fresh broad beans (blanched)
  • 5g dill (chopped)
  • 5g chervil (chopped)

Method: How to make fresh linguine with broad beans and peas

1. Boil fresh pasta in seasoned water, drain.

2. Add all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

3. Season and serve.

Tip:

Smoked Salmon can also be added to this dish as a rich addition.
