1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir fry the pepper and onion until just tender and lightly browned.
2. Add the prawns and stir fry for a minute. Sprinkle over the curry powder and a pinch of salt. Stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the ketchup and toss through the prawns and vegetables. Serve.
