This is quite possibly the strangest thing ever created on Come Dine With Me. That's not to say it isn't tasty and fun to make... it's just strange!
1. Preheat oven to 150°c
2. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Thinly slice or finely chop courgettes and add them to the frying pan. When all are soft and well cooked add the sweet corn, salt and pepper to taste and grated parmesan cheese.
3. Roll out a sheet of pastry and place on oiled baking tray. Place cooked vegetables on top of the pastry and add another sheet of pastry as a cover pressing the edges of the pastry together to seal the vegetables inside.
4. With any spare pastry have fun and fashion a creature by shaping pastry pieces between the fingers and adding them to the pie pressing them gently onto the surface. With the prongs of a fork pierce the pastry case to allow air out.
5. Brush the surface with a little milk and put into a warm oven 150°c for about 30 minutes or until brown.
