
Rick served this ravishing fish dish on Come Dine With Me Aberdeen
1. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC/Gas 6. Place each sea bass on one side of a large rectangular piece of lightly oiled foil. Trim the lemongrass and strip off any tough outer leaves. Finely chop the more tender inner leaves.
2. Mix the garlic, chillies, coriander and lemongrass together. Divide amongst the fish, pushing well into each cavity.
3. Fold the foil over and then scrunch up the sides to seal each pouch. Place on a large baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes.
4. Five minutes before the sea bass are ready, prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain the noodles and toss with the soy sauce and honey.
