Dave Ward served up these cheesy breasts on Come Dine With Me Torbay
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/Gas 5. Make a deep incision into the thickest part of each chicken breast to create a pocket. Cut the Brie into 4 pieces and push well into the pockets. Pinch the chicken to help close the opening.
2. Wrap the chicken with pancetta, making sure to cover the opening. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked throughout.
3. While the chicken is cooking, make the Madeira sauce according to the pack instructions; keep warm. Serve the chicken supremes on warmed plates with the Madeira sauce, green beans and glazed carrots.
Please note this recipe is the contestant's own and has not been tested professionally. Like the Come Dine With Me contestants, you could be creating a culinary delight or dining disaster, so switch on your ovens and be bold.
