
A simple but delicious taste of paradise with this tropical tart from So Solid Crew's Harvey
1. If you don't want to use a shop bought pastry case you can follow the instructions at the beginning of this recipe to make your own.
2. Mix the tin of mango with the mango and lime sauce and pour into the tart base.
3. Remove the seeds from the passion fruit and add to the tart.
4. Peel the kiwis and slice into 2mm discs. Scatter over the tart.
5. Whisk the double cream and carefully add a drizzle of the mango and lime sauce. If desired, whip in a glug of rum or brandy, then pour over the tart to serve.
