
Zara spices things up with this Thai salt and pepper prawns recipe on Come Dine With Me Norwich
1. Half fill a medium pan with oil and deep fry the prawns for 1-2 minutes until cooked. Do not leave hot oil unattended. Lift out with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add the onion, garlic, ginger, chillies, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute, stirring.
3. Add the prawns and heat through in the hot oil. Divide between four plates and garnish with spring onions. Serve with warm bread rolls.
