Jimmy delighted his guests with this Scotch delight pud on Come Dine With Me Dundee
1. Mix the biscuits with the butter and press into the base of an 18cm loose-based square tin. Put in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof basin over a pan of gently simmering water until smooth. Remove from the heat and pour over the biscuit base. Put in the fridge and leave to set for at least 30 minutes.
3. Make the dessert mix with the milk according to the packet instructions. Cover and leave to set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
4. When ready to serve, remove the biscuit base from the tin and cut into small squares. Put scoops of ice cream and butterscotch dessert onto six rectangle plates.
5. Add a square of chocolatey biscuit to each plate and drizzle over a little Irish cream liqueur. Scatter a few chocolate sprinkles over the top and serve immediately. (Store any extra chocolate squares in an airtight tin and eat within 4 days.)
