
Mabel Wong's Come Dine With Me Glasgow menu ended with this traditional Chinese pudding of melon and coconut soup
1. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and chill in the fridge.
2. To serve, ladle the soup into bowls and add spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream.
