1. Slice off the top of the pineapple and remove the fruit from inside using a pineapple corer. Discard the core from the pineapple and set the hollow pineapple to one side to be used as a serving bowl.
2. Cut the pineapple flesh into small pieces and put in a large bowl. Add the dragon fruit, sharon fruit, passion fruit seeds and pulp, papaya and blueberries. Toss well together, then spoon into the hollowed out pineapple and serve.
