Create a stir among your dinner party guests with this simple Asian dinner dish
1. Chop your vegetables into bite-size pieces.
2. Take a wok or large frying pan and put onto a strong heat. Once you see it smoking, add the sesame seed oil.
3. Thickly slice your chicken breasts. Sear them in the pan for 3 - 4 minutes, then remove them. They will be added again at the end.
4. Soak the glass noodles in a bowl of water until beginning to soften.
5. Next add all your vegetables into the wok. Keep the mixture moving as much as possible.
To make this a vegetarian dish, substitute the chicken with tofu.
6. Strain the noodles then add to the wok with a generous pouring of the Soy sauce. This should make the noodles turn a darker colour.
7. Next add a generous pouring of the Mirin sauce - this is a sweet flavour. Add the chilli sauce to taste.
8. Finally pop your seared chicken in again and stir for a couple of minutes.
Please note this recipe has not been tested professionally. Like the Come Dine With Me contestants, you could be creating a culinary delight or dining disaster, so switch on your ovens and be bold
