
Get the tortillas going on with this recipe from Julia in Derby
1. Mix all the dry ingredients, cut in the lard, then add enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll on a lightly floured board.
2. Make 5 small balls from the dough, and roll them into thin discs.
3. Cook in a dry frying pan for a few seconds to brown.
