You'd have to be clucking crazy to ignore this spicy chicken recipe
Serves 5
Ingredients
- 5 chicken wings per person
- 1 tsp Caribbean-style fish and meat seasoning
- sesame oil
- rich soya sauce
- 1 tsp turmeric
- sticky barbeque sauce
- Garam Masala spice blend
- Nando's sun-dried tomato and basil piri piri stir-fry marinade
- salt and pepper
Method: How to make spicy chicken
1. Stir all ingredients in an oven-proof dish making sure all of the chicken is coated.
2. Place uncovered in the oven at 180°C for one and a half hours draining at intervals when fluid builds up. Serve.
