
Dips can make a meal, so make these two beauties and you'll be well on your way to an authentic Mexican experience. Take a look at the other Mexican treats on Julia's menu.
1. For the salsa: chop onion and tomatoes finely. Chop the garlic, chilli peppers and coriander very finely, mix together using hand blender, season and place in fridge for 3 hours.
2. For the guacamole: seed and shred chilli, crush garlic. Mash avocados and add the chilli and garlic paste, also chopped coriander. Add lemon juice to avoid discolouration.
