
Jenny Cross rounds things off with a fallen angel recipe in the Nottingham wing of Come Dine With Me
1. In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone and sugar together. Blend the coffee essence, brandy and chopped marrons glaces or stem ginger in. Divide between serving cups or ramekins, lightly cover with clingfilm and chill in the fridge. When you are ready to serve, remove the clingfilm and lightly dust the puddings with cocoa powder. Serve.
