Give your salad a Spanish twist with this avocado recipe
1. Chop up avocado, cucumber, lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Make sure the avocado is coated in lemon juice as it will go black. Put salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix all vinaigrette ingredients together in bowl. Adjust to taste. Pour over salad.
