Not just the reserve of a foggy Friday night, kebabs are real food too
Ingredients
- 5lb minced beef
- 1 finely-chopped small Birds Eye red chilli
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt and pepper
- kebab skewers
Method: How to make beef kebabs
1. Mix all ingredients with the raw mince and mould around the skewers to form a sausage shape.
2. Place on a baking tray in the oven and cook for 1 hour at 200°C.
