
Asparagus and olive oil with balsamic vinegar and parmesan shavings for a beautifully simple starter
1. Boil the asparagus in water for 90 seconds. Remove the asparagus and plunge them into a saucepan of cold water. Leave in saucepan until five minutes before serving. Then, char-grill the asparagus for 2-3 minutes. Asparagus is ready if it bends a little when you pick them up.
2. Drizzle the porcino olive oil and the balsamic vinegar over the steaming asparagus. Finally, sprinkle the parmesan shavings over them.
