
Edward uses this cheesecake as an appetiser, such is his confidence
1. Mix all ingredients together, but add just one tablespoon of jelly to the mixture.
2. Transfer to a circular spring-form baking tray (about 20cm) that has been greased well.
3. Bake for 45-50 minutes in a hot oven. Cool and transfer to plate.
4. Top with rest of red pepper jelly. Serve with water biscuits or melba toast.
